The company honoured it's contractual commitments with no fuss or bother and in a refreshingly speedy manner (within a week for me).There is a lot of information required when making a claim, which I do understand. I found it unfortunate that I couldn't upload multiple files e.g. pictures when making the claim. However once the claim was registered I was able to upload additional pertinent files. It would be good if claimants were made aware of this (or maybe in a more obvious way).
