Having completed treatment with Orchard the customer service was mixed. Once in the system (and there's a long wait) the appointments are ok. However it's very much on their terms and little flexibility for you. eg. Arrived 10 mins late due to a major traffic incident on Brixton Hill and they refused to see us, yet we've regularly waited 20+ mins after our appointment time. Arrived for retainer appointment having travelled for an hour in rush hour traffic (and taken daughter out of school) to be told they didn't have them in, but didn't let us know!!! The practice seems to be the only one local dentists make referrals to and therefore the practice has a monopoly in author dentistry in the area, someone else needs to open an author dentist in Streatham / Brixton to create some competition so their customer service improves.
