I have ordered two plants from UK ( one very expensive .) Unfortunately, I suspect they have shipped my plants without the necessary documentation post Brexit, so they got stuck with DPD & customs and, eventually, they got sent back to the sender. I am very disappointed about the whole experience as I believe them to be a legitimate business that functions well within EU, but have no experience of providing phytosanitary certification etc... I got my money back after opening a bank dispute and numerous emails requesting a refund. Overall poor experience that I believe was due to the lack of appropriate documents post Brexit. Also, very slow customer response. It breaks my heart thinking about those poor plants dying in transit. 😐
