It is now a month after i placed my order. AFTER they received my bank transfer i got the information that there is a delay. 2 weeks without further information i received an Email from DPD that my parcel is on its way. Unfortunately it got stuck in transit but the customer service i contacted asked me for more patience as they want to wait 2 more days until they contact DPD. This was last week friday. The parcel was never on delivery to my house, due to some unknown issues it is now on its wa y back to claessen. Customer care did not respond to my mails asking for a refund (i dont want to wait more month for a replacement!) nor any notification. If they are refuse to refund my money i will hand over to my lawyer since i feel scammed. Surely cannot recommand this shop, seems to be fraud.
