My experience with an online orchid purchase was extremely poor. This nursery misled me about my order. I expected two 'medium-sized' orchids but received two tiny plants with only 2-3 leaves each. They are also very hard to contact. I've tried all communication methods to resolve this issue, but they ignore my calls. It's best to save your money and buy from another source. After finally getting a contact number, I found out they don’t accept returns. You must initiate any returns yourself, but I doubt they will refund you. Visiting a local nursery, even at a higher price, is a better option.
