I ordered a test pack and was happy. Got a 2nd pack no problems. So I bought a large pack . And this pack required a signature. I emailed explained that small town is crazy and makes up laws as they go. And no way anyone sighn or pick up. They explained that from time to time they ask for signature to prevent fraud and theft. I explained that pack now sets in postoffice 5 days smelling up place. And past packages required no signature. Flakey and passing blame seems to explain ther response.
