Their site had pulled over pricing & availability from a carrier but the information pulled over was incorrect.Joel was quick to respond and understood my panic and the unfortunate situation that I had paid for 1 business day shipping and now would be running out since it was shipped with 3 day shipping. He first refunded the cost I paid for shipping and then searched their other warehouses for me and found one box to help get me through.In this world full of unknowns and fears, it felt like I had someone on my side.
