I have just received my first ruined order from this company which was left out in the rain even though instructions were clearly given to leave the box in the front porch. On contacting the complaints department I received the following response: Good Afternoon Thak you for your email and for letting us know. We did give these instruction to DPD, they usually do follow them but unfortunately we can only put them on the order and have no control over them following the instructions. But they are usually pretty good at it. Sorry for the inconvenience. Have a grape day,
