I was sent the wrong box (I received a small fruit and veg box instead of a large veg box). I emailed customer support and have not had a response in over 24 hours so I have had no option but to take my business elsewhere. It’s a sign of a good business when they go above and beyond to solve a customer problem promptly. But this hasn’t happened. Disappointed.
