I normally order my baby’s formula HiPP AR and HiPP Pre (German) without any issues. This time, I decided to order from Organic Formula Shop to use a discount code, and I immediately regretted that decision.First, I accidentally ordered Stage 1 instead of Pre. I contacted customer service within minutes to correct the mistake, but was told the order had already left the warehouse. Instead of helping resolve it, I was sent a Facebook link to try and resell the product myself. I’m now stuck with four boxes I can’t use. Frustrating, but I moved on.After a week of using the HiPP AR from this order, I noticed changes in my baby’s wet and soiled diapers. That concerned me, so I began researching the company and found multiple negative reviews. I then checked the boxes I received — and discovered the formula is expired.Also ordered 4 boxes. I am extremely upset and concerned that a company would ship expired formula, putting babies at risk. This is unacceptable. I just don’t trust this company now, 8 boxes of baby formula going in the trash.
