Order placed in November of 2024 did not come until the next year around February. The worst part was the customer service reps as they kept leading me on and telling me that the product was arriving shortly. They did this to me about 3-4 times . Extremely unsatisfactory. Found and got a hold of the owner jonathan hunsaker and told him about the experience. He said he would get back to me with why this happened but never did, & I believe he never planned on getting back to me either. He said he was going to make it up to me but never did and is a coward and liar for doing that. When messaged about it again, he blocked me so I couldn't message him . Extremely unprofessional. Bad experience. Do not order from them.
