I am currently on old for the second Monday in a row for a hold time of more than 45 minutes to get an accurate update on my repair order for a cracked sewer pipe. We have had 2 separate plumbers come out through Old Republic, and all have given us different answers and at least a week between when they come out and file their report with Old Republic. I do not fault the plumbers specifically, the last one seemed to diagnose the issue correctly. However, Old Republic doesn't seem to care if they get a report in a timely manner, or also update us. We have already been charged our $100 fee and despite having the Platinum (more expensive) plan, this does not seem to expedite their responsiveness to our home issues.
