I have been using services from orient exchange from last 3 years. Up untill now, I have to go to Barakhamba branch for any transaction and the experience has been great.This time, however, I used the delivery service as they have opened a new branch in my city. I am satisfied with the prompt turnaround for the request.Only thing that I didn’t like this time was the denomination of the currency I was provided. They didn’t even confirm with me what denominations I want and provided whatever was available which of course was not what I was expecting.When I called them, I was told that the denomination is decided on the basis of availability but my point still stands that if thats the case then they should at least confirm with the customer whether he/she want that denomination or want to cancel the order
