I decided that cost, quality, customer service and warranty not forgetting feedback from other buyers helped me choose to buy from Original Caveman. The build quality is brilliant and the functions mirror the expensive well known makes so why pay more. The sales team get back to you on any questions giving me the confidence to write this review. I also purchased some charcoal that was delivered at the same time as the Kamado, again, great quality and ideal for the kamado's.
