I ordered on September 15, and over two months later, my order still hasn't arrived. Tracking shows it was last in another state over a month ago. I contacted the support team via email, and they responded with vague information and no real help. The tracking they provided shows it is in a different country. It’s impossible to reach anyone for assistance, and I still don’t have my product. Terrible experience! I do not recommend this service!
