Sent me a USED and DESTROYED Harmonic ballencer puller. Item was shipped with the drive screw and jaw plate jammed solid and shipped taped to the OUTSIDE of the case. The longest drive rod was bent in 2 places.Someone used, destroyed and then returned the tool, thin these unscrupulous people sent it to ME. What exactly were they thinking I was going to do with it?I need a functional puller. Not someone else garbage.
