STAY AWAY. wasted $240 on a full DNA kit for my dog. DNA sample sent off 1.5 month ago, chased up their CS either no results. I was lied to by their CS to say that my dogs DNA result would be ready and here I am still waiting and unable to contact their online CS as they chose to not answer my queries anymore. Terrible company. Stay away.
