I received my order from Orizelle, however the sizing was completely wrong. Since receiving the items, I have sent three separate emails requesting return authorisation and have received no response.I have also tried calling customer service multiple times, but the phone only goes to voicemail and no one returns the calls. The lack of communication and customer support is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.At this point, I’m still unable to process a return. I would strongly advise others to stay away unless you’re prepared to deal with poor customer service.
