Wow, I cannot rate the service and communication enough. I ordered an anklet but I didn’t realise that it didn’t have an extension chain on it. I got in touch with Orli customer support and had explained that the anklet would not be long enough and it was for a birthday present. They kindly ask me to send it back with all the relevant information and I have just received it back with a few more links added to ensure the length would be ok. Fantastic all round service. A very happy customer
