Ordered an engraved necklace for a close friend who has just had a baby, the company has excellent customer service as I got an unexpected call from them just confirming exactly how I wanted the wording to be placed on it which I thought was lovely, needless to say had a very happy new mummy when the necklace turned up, and will be using again! :)
