My son bought me a bracelet for Mother's day and it tranished very quickly. I was upset about this, however after contacting Orli directly with my complaint they have been fantastic. They asked for photos and promptly got back to me with a reply. I am being sent a brand new replacement which I am extremely happy about. Thank you Orli.
