I would like to publicly apologize for referring to Ornamentallyyou as the enterprise which upset me for the Chef Mug I ordered for my son-in-law, as a 2025 Christmas gift. The truth is that the mug I ordered from them was for my daughter, as a 2025 Christmas gift and the same is absolutely beautiful and I know she will love it. The Chef Mug which I ordered from another company, Paisley Artistry, is not what I was expecting from them. It really disappointed me. I have written to them, but as of this moment, I have not received any notice from them, regarding my complaint.
