Ordered something and was in the dark for a while. Only two emails I go was the shipping confirmation and the order confirmation. The shipping issues urked me the most- It said it was delivered when it was somewhere in LA (for context i'm im CO) and radio silence from support. I gave it the benefit of the doubt snd waited a few more days and it DID come! Looks fabulous and quality is very sturdy so far. It's a little expensive, but I love their designs for sure.
