Very poor product quality and misleading return policyI had a very disappointing experience with this company.The product quality is extremely low. What I received was essentially a cheap Chinese lamp worth around 5 EUR, yet I paid almost 200 EUR. The product looks and feels like a low-end item that does not justify the price in any way.When I requested a return within the clearly advertised 30-day return period, the company refused to issue a full refund. Instead, they tried to close the case by offering a 10% “goodwill” partial refund, which is unacceptable.The company argued that their “technical team confirmed the product was not broken,” which is completely irrelevant when a customer is exercising a valid return right under the company’s own policy and EU consumer protection rules.This experience feels misleading on two levels:– overpriced, very low-quality product, and– a return policy that is not respected in practice.I strongly advise potential customers to be very cautious and not rely on the advertised return policy.
