I placed an order on December 6, 2025, and as of January 11, 2026, I have yet to receive the belt. There has been little to no response to my inquiries regarding the order status. The chat support on the website claims the order is fulfilled and directs me to view the order details, while the shipping service states it's 'on its way' as of January 5. I guess it's time to reach out to my bank to recover my funds. I'm really disappointed.
