I am writing to formally escalate an issue with an active bonus on my account.
I currently have an active bonus with a 40× wagering requirement. Despite continuously placing qualifying slot bets in accordance with the rules, the remaining wagering amount is increasing instead of decreasing. For example, after completing a large number of spins and wagering well above the remaining requirement, the wager amount increased from approximately ₹144 to ₹355.
There is no visible information in my account explaining:
How winnings are being treated (bonus vs cash)
How wagering contribution is calculated
Why additional wagering is being added after bets are placed
This behavior makes it impossible to reasonably complete the wagering requirement and is highly confusing from a player perspective.
I respectfully request one of the following:
A clear written explanation of how this bonus wagering is calculated, or
Manual removal of the bonus and wagering requirement from my account, or
Manual correction of the wagering amount so it reflects the actual bets already placed
Please treat this as an escalation, as continued play under these conditions risks unfair loss and does not provide transparency to the player.
