I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE.
I placed an order on December 15th 2025 and to this day I have received neither the product nor a refund. For over two months I have only been getting automatic apology messages saying the case is “being manually checked”. No tracking number, no concrete information, no solution.
Customer service effectively does not exist just copy-paste replies meant to delay the situation. The store ignores real questions and takes no action to resolve the problem.
It looks like intentional stalling until the customer gives up. At this point I am forced to start a chargeback procedure through my bank.
If you don’t want to lose money and nerves — stay away.
