It’s a China drop-ship operation selling rubbish stock.I first emailed in December about my order and didn’t hear back until February, despite multiple follow-ups. When the lights finally arrived, the quality was appalling and they were not compliant for legal installation, so they were effectively unusable.They later admitted they couldn’t even ship the size I originally purchased to Australia and tried to substitute a smaller version instead of simply fixing the problem promptly.
