Review Time
I've had a baler from these guys for a few years now and all i have to say is i wish i didn't bother. The machine is only really for the laziest of lazy as it doesn't really compress boxes any flatter than if you just flatpack them yourself. By the time you actually do the strapping and try and bale the cardboard too it really doesn't save time which is why i got it. Got in touch to see if they'd take back but basically was told no unless i paid off the 5 year contract. I don't see why they wouldn't take back rather than having an unhappy customer having to pay for a further 3 years for a machine that they don't want. They were really good to deal with at the start to be fair but just wish they could take back without a massive charge.

Glenda (Consumables Manager) is an absolute superstar and such a credit to Orwak. There have been some issues with couriers delivering our consumables lately - this is no fault of Orwak's, rather a failure by the courier to plan accordingly for the busy period. Glenda has kept us fully up to date with all developments and spent countless hours, if not days, chasing up missing orders that the couriers failed to deliver. Thank you so much, Glenda.
