Ordered an electric razor, received it tried it and did not like it. Notified the company and they sent me an email with instructions on how to return the item for a refund. I followed the instructions and sent the razor back with a tracking number on 12/3/25, they received the package on 12/8/25 but still no refund. Sent several emails and received several back but still no refund, someone has to do something about this company
