This has been going on since 10th August to get refund on vacuum despite my 25 emails and there replies if SORRY, WE WILL INVESTIGATE, YES REFUND WILL BE ISSUED SO FAR 20TH NOVEMBER Nothing . Eventually October 20th my customer support called Ricah, said sorry, we fully understand,Etc, etc, yes refund will be issued, guess what 20th November YES STILL NO REFUND, bunch of crooks
