This company does not stand behind its product. I bought a hand-held vacuum. When it failed to work, I exchanged numerous emails with the company, seeking a return and refund. Each response brought another action I needed to take before the company would consider a refund. I speculate that it makes refunds and returns so onerous that unhappy consumers simply give up and add more negative reviews to the Better Business Bureau website and elsewhere.
