Placed an order on line which said items in stock but didn’t receive for about 4 weeks and when it did arrive part of it was missing so gave them a bit more time but nothing arrived so emailed asking to cancel that item and asked for an alternative item got a response saying they will look at it that was a few weeks ago and still nothing will give them another week then if nothing ask for refundUpdate : been two weeks since last contact with them and received nothing so now asking for a refund
