NEVER had any problems with osborns, over the past 12+years I've ordered from them. WELL AT LEAST THEY DON'T BAND THERE CUSTOMERS FROM ORDERING ITEMS AFTER U HAVE RATED THEM OR CANCELLED AN ORDER OR A ORDER HAS GONE MISSING IN THE Post and told u that's your fault, or sold secondhand as new and lied ABOUT.
