I ordered several items in stock on December 5th and 7th, 2022. According to the normal delivery time, it is expected to arrive within 5-7 working days. After a month of no delivery and no contact from Osborns, I tried to call multiple times to check if there was a problem with the order but no response at all, I also emailed three times and of course no response, after going through 4 months in, I decided to seek help.I searched for the relevant regulations and the provisions in the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regarding distance contracts seem to apply in my case, I don't think Osborns is a trustworthy online provider anyway.
