I ordered an item on 1 July expecting delivery within 5 - 7 working days. When this period had passed with no delivery or communication from Osborns, I tried on many occasions to phone to check whether there was a problem with the order - no reply. I emailed twice - again, no reply. Osborns are seemingly regularly in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in respect to distance contracts. They should not be trading online and potential buyers should be aware.
