I ordered some peco products before Christmas (for a holiday project) which were shown as 'in stock' but jt turns out they weren't. After about 6 or 7 weeks half of the order arrived. Chased up a couple of times (problems with Peco apparently) but more than 4 months after I placed my order, I still hadn't received the remaining items (I sourced them from elsewhere actually) so, having waited long enough, requested an immediate refund which, to be fair, was processed same day. Hence 2 stars rather than 1. I actively go out of my way to support smaller model retailers but experiences like this really don't help.
