I ordered some items from Osborns Models some two weeks ago online and am still waiting for delivery. Up till now I've given them the benefit of the doubt due to the increase in parcel delivery problems being experienced by Royal Mail. However they are no longer answering the phone and have failed to reply to any of my emails regarding whether items have been posted. Have they gone out of business but still taking orders and customers's money as their ordering website still appears to be live ?
