Osborn's appear to be an ideal destination for railway modellers however it didn't turn out like this for me. After ordering (and paying for) ballast and paint seven months ago I still have not received either. I have emailed them many times with only two apologetic replies, the most recent two months ago! Despite this, their website is still advertising that they are taking orders with no mention of any delays.
