My reason for shopping here was to support small business during these difficult times and generally find that hobbies related business to be honourable and so did not seek out a review, wish I had as you can see here a lot of negative reviews.My experience same as others in an absolute lack of communication. Even ignoring Pay Pal. I think most likely you would get there in the end but who wants this amount of hassle and worst, uncertainty. All items were shown ex stock. This is the worst on line experience I have encountered. As a result, I will use a local shop even if a bit more expensive.It took Pay Pal to sort out for me resulting in a refund and over 2 weeks of wasted time. Obviously they are completely unconcerned by these reviews as this has been their preferred mode of operation for years past.Bye bye Osborne.
