The company canceled a van booking I made. I then rebooked another van, but later the owner called to inform me that my booking would be canceled and that they would request a refund from the company. I thought my second booking was also canceled. They refunded only one and blamed me for the other. The customer service was unhelpful and accusatory. It was a complete disaster and of low quality. Avoid this service if you're planning a move.
