Unacceptable delays and poor service!

It’s been 13 days since I returned the car in perfect condition, yet I still haven’t received my 500€ deposit back. Multiple customer service reps claimed the refund was processed the very next day, but despite contacting Klarna and Apple Pay, the money is nowhere to be found.The lack of accountability and follow-up from this company is completely unacceptable. I expected far better service, and this has been nothing but a frustrating and disappointing experience. I run after the money now. I will not be using their services again unless this issue is resolved immediately.
