The pick-up and drop-off were straightforward. The vehicle could have been in slightly better condition (a malfunctioning rear camera makes driving a larger vehicle more challenging). Additionally, the furniture trolley was missing from my booking, but the customer support was very responsive. I didn't have to wait long for a resolution, and I received a prompt refund for the item. Overall, no complaints; things like this can happen to anyone!
