I think the problem with oscar is that they work with independend contractors for renting a car or van.Day of booking a van, van not at the pick-up location. The guy from the service centre gave me a smaller van than originally Booked ( booked 2 weeks before picking up van ) with a engine managment fault ( it did smell like a faulty injector,including the little bit of smoke and not a working AC , because the bigger van was not coming back. The guy from the service centre really gave it a shot to make the best outof the situation. ending up with making more miles them originally booked, because of the smaller van i needed to make a second run. Plus side from this story is they didn't bill the extra milage and get a little bit of money back ( because smaller van ), it will not compensate all the extra Cost ( fuel ), butAt least i can get on with my life.I will probably not use oscar again, and probably will pay a little bit more to get to a company that will have multiple vans on a location instead of one.3 stars is for the contact afterwards, and the guy from the service centre from oscar, otherwise it was 1 or 2 stars.
