I placed an order for items over a month ago and reached out twice via email with no reply. Today, I attempted to log into my account, but it says no account found. I'm concerned I may have been scammed. My transaction for $322.83 was initiated on November 8th. Please assist with my order or at least respond. UPDATE: I realized I may have used a fraudulent website, but I still question why it was suggested to me. Why was this site allowed on the platform previously, and why isn't there a warning about it? I will reconsider my rating if I receive either a refund or the items I ordered.
