When I reached out for help, I was told—after payment—that WANTED/SWAP ads don’t appear in the main section. This crucial information was not disclosed prior to payment. To clarify: I was charged, my ad was hidden, I received no views, and only afterward was I informed of the situation. To make matters worse, customer support was dismissive and ended the call without resolution. This reflects a serious structural issue. The service accepts payments but fails to clearly explain ad visibility, sells promotions that may lead to no exposure, and offers no accountability or transparency. This is not honest advertising; it’s misleading by omission. If a service offers paid promotions, it should clearly inform users where ads will be displayed, warn about limitations, and treat paying customers with respect. This service does none of this. What they are really selling is false hope, encouraging users to spend money while knowing some ads will never gain visibility. I strongly advise against assuming that paid promotions guarantee exposure; you might end up paying for invisibility, and don’t expect any help if you raise concerns.
