The operation here is quite poor. Every time I attempt to post a job ad, it gets removed or made inactive. When I reach out to support, I receive generic responses or are told to create a new account, only to face the same issue again. I'm not violating any guidelines, yet my legitimate ads are being blocked. Their automatic review process is ineffective and needs improvement. I just want to hire someone, but I can't post a simple ad.
