I live in Raleigh, NC, and I ordered a top from the site; it was delivered to an address in Arlington, TX. I reached out to support, and they said it shows the order was delivered. I said it was delivered in TX. I kept emailing support to come to a resolution, and all of the emails were returned as "Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address.service@ oshoplive.com:501: Bad address syntax.
