We moved with OSS in the first half of 2025. The quotation phase was friendly and customer focussed and we lined up the pack and move. The pack was done efficiently and to a decent quality, and our goods moved quickly to destination without damages and the delivery partner was of a better quality than we had experienced with previous moves. Unfortunately a house purchase fell over before settlement during transit so we couldn’t immediately deliver our goods which presented the problem of requiring intermediate storage at destination before delivery. On this part we feel things could have been handled better by OSS, as it was impossible to amend the insurance to cover a period of storage at destination, and it was left fully with ourselves to solve, again saved by the quality of the delivery partner who was a lot more solution oriented than what we experienced when dealing with OSS. All in all a good experience, some tweaks in customer service post the quotation phase to deal with unforeseen issues would have made it perfect.
