I have had lower back pain for quite a few weeks now. Made an appointment with Richard Simpson at Osteo and Physio in Tiverton. Had an initial 45 minutes of Osteopathy and it was excellent. Richard really knows what he is doing. I was a little sore the next couple of days but I have noticed a great improvement already. Hopefully the next few sessions will enable me to get back to normal especially with golf.
